Christel: Artist and Captain of Her Lagoon 42!

This talented painter chose a Lagoon 42 to combine her two passions: the sea and painting.  

In search of serenity and safety, Christel left life on land behind to settle aboard her Lagoon 42. For her, the ocean is a haven of peace where she feels truly at home.

When she first started sailing with her Jeanneau 33i, she had very little maritime knowledge and felt apprehensive about setting out. However, over the years, she taught herself to navigate solo.  

After gaining experience with her monohull, she decided to continue her journey as a captain aboard a catamaran. For Christel, the most important thing is to "feel at home on your boat," enjoying safety, comfort, and tranquility for a peaceful life.

Now, she no longer shapes her life around her work. Instead, her work as an artist adapts to her new lifestyle at sea!
